Above Board Sample Report
As part of our service to you, Above Board Home Inspections provides a comprehensive report that covers all aspects of the inspection process. The report includes a short Summary Report, as well as the more extensive full report appraising areas needing maintenance, defects requiring service or repairs, and hazard or safety concerns. It also includes overall visual information to help you with the evaluation of the pre-owned property and house. We inspect all of the systems, components, and conditions described in accordance with the standards of New York State Licensed Home Inspector and American Society of Home Inspectors, including structural, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, heat, chimney, living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, stairs, attic, and basement areas.
